Hello Everyone!
I received my new Easybox Router 805 today. I tried to setup as instructed. The only issue is it is not activating on the last step. All the lights on my router are green and internet is good to go but just at the last step the router its not activating. Can i anyone guide me with this issue? Is it with my router? Or either the activation code is still not linked with my device by Vodafone? Technical guy visit is after 10 days so i can't wait that much time. Any help would be Appreciated

i'm sorry that your landline is not working yet.
What do you excactly mean with "technical guy visits after 10 days" ?
Was the technician already onsite 10 days ago?
Or is the regular / scheduled activation date for the contract/technician 10 days in the future?

Thankyou for your reply. Yes the visit is 10 days in future. So do i have to wait for the technical guy to visit me? As it is written in comment that technical guy just checks the connectivity.

Hi MH08,
the technician will activate your line. So you will have no connection until he was there.
