Hello Dear community,
I could not receive the device that you sent since was not at home when delivery came. So DHS status says "Return to the sender". Where and how can I request for delivery again.? I am not able to make a call to customer service due to an issue with my mobile. Is there any other way to request delivery, like email etc.

Hi Mangesh,
can you please tell me, which kind of device was sent? Are you using a cable contract? Because a delivery of DSL devices is made with GLS.
