Obtaining my original contract

My attempts to terminate my braodband service (DSL) have come with several issues.

Option 1: utilize contact form to send official termination request. However, due to all my stuff packed up and being sent to the USA... I do not have my original contract to retrive my suscriber password. Is there a way to retrieve my contract with this information or a way to retrieve this password?

Option 2: Send cancellation to the Vodafone mailbox. However, I am leaving this address and correspondence will have to be through international mail (across the whole atlantic). This will be very time consuming, but possible.

Please let me know if there are any options I am missing.

Other than closing my German Bank account as I am never moving back, I would like to settle this responsibly.

If you don't know your customerpassword i'll need the following details:
DSL-Customernumber, Name, Adress, Birthdate , last 4 digits of your IBAN & the date you are leaving.
