Hi,
I have a vodafone easy box that suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. After turning it off and on again and attempting the standard fixes, I tried resetting it and the "Aktivierung" got stuck at the second step, where it says "bitte stecken die DSL-leitung". I got a new TAE-F to 8p2c cable just to make sure my old one wasn't faulty and indeed the error is still there. I've been trying to reach a person at the customer service, but it seems impossible to get past the machines and talk to a human being, so I don't know what else to try.
Any help?

Hey Coseacaso,
this looks like the router is not getting a proper dsl signal.
Sadly we have no dedicated english speaking dsl hotline, so it may be a bit tricky to get past the voice recognicion system.
If you send me a private message with your dsl customernumber & a mobilenumber , i'll have a look into this.
