Not received welcome letter and also not receiving invoices

Hello Community,

Hope you are doing well.

I have DSL connection from Vodafone, I have not received my welcome letter hence Myvodafone account is not yet activated also I am not receiving invoices over email.

I tried to contact to customer service but due to limited German knowledge , I am unable to move to next step.

I am looking for help.

If you haven't received a welcome letter yet, we don't have a connection date from telecom yet. Only then we can send the letter to you.

 

Since the connection is not yet active, you will not be billed yet.
