Need help with MIC and Activation

I received the modem yesterday and entered the MIC I got in the mail. But box is not activating and I have no internet. Can I please get help. I called yesterday and was told it will be activated by 9am today.

The MIC only works from the date the connection is switched on. Was the Telekom technician already on site to activate your connection?
