Good morning,
I have a question, I have to move my internet conection, I have the new adress. I tried to do it using the option in meinVodafone but when I chose the new internet plan after entering my adress, it asks me to call to a number.
Unfortunately my German is not good enough to have a call, is there any way to make this process on line?

What kind of contract is it about? DSL or cable internet? In which federal state do you live and which are you moving to?

It is a DSL connection 50Mb/s, Im living in Düsseldorf and the moving is inside of Düsseldorf. I am open to change to Cable internet that's not the problem. Also I would like to check to increase the speed to 100Mb/s. I tried to call a couple of time to the 0800 number and didn't work no one answer.
