Hello there,
Since I have started my contract for house over two years ago, I have been charged for two DSL connections every month, instead of one.
I have gone to Vodafone shops and try to fix it, they told it will be done, but nothing happens for too long. I need the wrong contract cancelled and my money returned.
Below is an example of the double payment i am debited monthly:

You might not see any money, if you don`t insist. Send them the old hardware that you have from them, receiver or fritzbox, whatever you have under leasing, and make sure you terminate, in written, the old contract. Make sure, also, to you have a witness who sees what you send back. This is the issue when one has to make a contract on the phone, instead of having a written offer and chose after reading properly.
