I have been waiting for my internet devices, that was supposed to deliver on 24th Feb 2022. I haven't recieve my devices and I got email which says that my contract have already started.
I'm sorry that you did not recieve your router yet. Normally we ship the router a week before the activation date & sent an mail/sms with the trackingnumber.

my contract started on 19th December 2022 but I haven't still got my router device. I am doing home office so literally having huge problem. I talked to Vodafone service person but they told me that we are going to ship you the device but 2 days have gone by and yet I haven't even got an email for the tracking link of courier. Please help.
