How do I get a technician to come help with Gigazuhause internet connection?

Hello,

We just started a contract for Gigazuhause with Vodafone however we can not connect to internet following the steps on the Vodafone page. How can we get a technician here to help?

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
