Hi!
Sorry for this, but my german phone skills don´t allow me to resolve this problem.
I just installed my Fritzbox, but still need to contact the company to activate my internet conection. Everything else is going well with the new box.
Someone know how to resolve this issue?

Has the given date for the installation appointment already passed? If not, the line is not active yet.
