Hello,
I recently moved, and Vodafone came to connect my internet today. Even if all the lights are blinking, when I try to connect to the internet from my computer, I get a warning for "DSL-Benutzername / Passwort falsch! (Fehler 691)"
It does not even allow me to enroll in the IP address. I tried to call the hotline but just waited for 20 minutes.
What can I do?
