Hi. In will leave Germany permanently on September 2021 and going back to my country Greece. That being said I must cancel my contract. What are the steps I need to follow in order to terminate my contract??? Best regards
You simply report your move and after receiving the de-registration confirmation, submit a copy of it. Then your contract will be terminated according to §46 TKG with a notice period of 3 months after the move.
