Hello, thanks for the reply.
I think it is called Vodafone station.
And I think the problem is that devices that use 2.4hz can't connect
Like my girlfriend laptop and phone

you can look up please on the equipment exactly what you received from us. Are all devices in the household via 2.4 GHz affected? Is the network active in the menu of the box?

Yes i did factory rest throuh the user interface.
by the way the user interface is also very hard to handle, it crash very often and somethime wont even apply comments.
I have tried almost any possibale
i split the signal
i change the wifi name few times, the security option, the password. tried every possibale combination
one thing i have notice is that the 2.4 has a bug and always on auto or number 1 channel
i have tried to change it many times but with no succes
throuh the wifi page and throuh settings.
if you have more ideas please let me know :]
