i have several problems since the design change of the online portal as I can't reach my invoices, i need;

 

- to be able to see my invoices

- talk to a sales person about adding/adjusting services to my contract

//ps. quite embarrasing that in 2018 a serious bussiness, in the wealthiest nation in the EU, doesn't provide service in the defacto lingua franca in our region 🙂

ok, managed to solve the portal login, but would still need to speak to a sales representative - any chance somebody english speaking would like to take my money over there at Vodafone? 🙂

Please tell us what exactly you want to change or order. Most things you can do by yourself in MeinVodafone after adding your DSL contract there.

i wanted to talk to a sales person about possibly changing tariffs, adding extra upload speed, and how contract extensions work, discounts etc. basically sales stuff. was searching on the portal but different prices from the one's advertised keep popping up. and 404 errors as well..

Hi kfrm,

 

You can change your tariff in MeinVodafone. There you can also see the bookable options.

 

With DSL it is not possible to change the upload separately.

 

Or do you use a cable connection? Then I move your thread to the appropriate board.

 

What is your tariff?
