Good afternoon,
First of all I apologize for writing in English but my German is still very rudimentary.
I have your package Red Internet & Phone 100 for a few days
I have the router Sagemcom FAST5460 with the firmware 6.0.1.49 IMS KDG.
I have a lot of problems with the WLAN on my Android devices.
I do not have any problems with the computer (either with cable or WLAN)
I have tried troubleshooting the router page (disabling 2.4Ghz, disabling 5Ghz, changing the range, changing the protocol, changing SSID, changing password, resetting the router and the android devices) but the problem persists.
I tried to change my device settings.
From reading both online and specifically in this forum I realized there is a lot of reports with the same problem regarding this router so apparently it is a general problem.
I request your help please. Let me know how to proceed.

The problem is known to us and should be solved with the next firmware. If the tests with the beta firmware go well, it should be rolled out in 4 to 6 weeks.

sorry, but I think the forecast of 4-6 weeks was a little too optimistic.
Please be a patient a little longer. Of course you can reset your box, a factory reset is not requisite.

Hallo,
are there any news about a new firmware update?
We got constant Wifi issue´s and i tried pretty much everything to optimize our wifi. So my last hope before getting a new router, is a update on the old firmware.
