Dear Sir/Madam,
Please extend your support to solve my problem.
Since last September 2018, I had created online request to subscribe in Vodafone DSL and Vodafone TV services.
After sometime I received Vodafone DSL Fritz Box and Vodafone TV Receiver.
At the beginning, nothing was working but after a visit from one technician from TK, the DSL was working fine but still Vodafone TV is not. There is always one message displaying on my screen “Due to technical reasons, you cannot receive TV channels via DSL(IPTV). Please select another TV signal source…”
Since that time I was trying to contact Vodafone support team to present my problem but no success specially I’m not very good German speaker.
Finally, yesterday they were able to guide me to send this email to you and ask to cancel the Vodafone TV service because I will not be able to watch TV over internet with my landline setup and instead I should change the service to Vodafone GigaTV.
Appreciate you fast response for my case

Do you already install the TV Center new with your TIC (TV-installation-code)?
