Vodafone Easybox

i have forgotten mne Vodafone Kundennummer and also lost the MIC number and reset my Easy Box. 
I have been trying to contact Vodafone through phone call inorder to register my complain so they can send me another MIC number but unfortunately unable to find any english speaking person.

Can anyone help me here with these details or what i need to do next?
