Hi,
My contract is Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable.
Internet speed is suppose to be 50Mbit/s.
However past 10 days it's very slow and not usable. I did several speed tests and speed is between 30Kb/s to 75Kb/s.
It takes more than 5 minutes to load this page.
Please help me with this problem.

is the speed always so slow or only at certain times of the day?
From another case I still had your customer number. So I could have a look at the line directly.
The connection is inconspicuous.
Is it running meanwhile or still not?

are you testing the connection via LAN or WLAN? Does this concern all devices in the household or only certain ones? Is the speed around the clock in this range?

Here is the details about my test:
Device Connection Speed
Macbook Pro 2015 WLAN 28 Kb/s
Macbook Pro 2019 WLAN 35 Kb/s
Iphone X WLAN 67 Kb/s
Macbook Pro 2015 LAN 75 Kb/s
I used fast.com to test it.
As you can see I tried with different devices and connection types.
Actually you don't even need testing you can clearly see it's very very slow.

I don't know what you mean bythis : "Is the speed around the clock in this range?"
