My internet has been unreliable for a month now or longer.
I started with 1000 with no problem and then downgraded to 250
The 250 would disconnect all the time and then reconnect basically couldn't hold a connection.
I called the technical support multiple times. They sent me a new box.
Then I switched back to 1000 but I'm still having problems and it disconnects all time and still unreliable
Just wondering what I can do as I work from home and need to download big files for work and I need internet with big hol Please let me know what I can do.

I can gladly take a look at the connection 🙂 Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
