Hello,
Firstly, apologies for writing in English. My German is a bit lacking.
However, my issue is that my router restarts 5-15 times per day without any reason. According to data, my area shouldn't have any issues which leads to me believe that my router needs to be changed/factory restarted. Of course, I am not an expert in this matter so I am asking if you could advise me regarding this issue? What should I do? Due to the current situation, I am working from home and my work requires me to have a stable internet connection.

Just to give a quick update. The technician was with me and he changed some settings and now my routerr seems to be working fine.

at your connection the upstreams are out of the norm and a technician has to fix this on site. Do you agree with a technician and can you provide access to the house system? What is the best number to call to make an appointment?
About COVID-19: Are you in quarantine or are there symptoms in your household that indicate COVID-19?
