I have trouble activating my EasyBox 805. I have not received received a welcome letter with an activation code and it has been several weeks since I received my EasyBox. I spoke to customer service yesterday and they sent me a new MIC but after trying it I got a message saying:
Versuche es spater
I have tried the MIC 3 more times and it still returns the same message. I am stuck without internet and it has been almost a month already. I have also tried requesting a new MIC online in MeinVodafone but I cannot add my contract details there for some reason.
