Hello, my internet have some problem, and I can only speak a little German, so I'm sorry for writing in English. My internet works pretty good before, but it suddenly can't work from 22th July, and I'm not sure is the problem of the router or line. The currently status is that there is no wifi signal of my router, and the light of internet on router is off, the power light is remain red. I've tried to plugged out the router and cable, then plug in after five minutes, and nothing changed.
I'll be appreciated for any help.

Hey,
welcome to the Community.
Are you sure that you have Internet over the TV Cable? The EasyBox 804 is for (V)DSL which is delivered over Telephone Line.

Hi Ying-ying,
I've has a look on your line, but can't see any interrupts or a complete connection failure. What happens, when your EasyBox is connected via LAN-cable with your PC? Did you already try this?
