Hi,
A few weeks I signed a Internet & Phone 100 (Kabel Router) contract.
I received the Router on December 10 and connected everything following the instructions. The WLAN led is on, no blinking, but the Internet led is red and has been flashing since the very beginning. My cell phone and my laptop connect to the WiFi but there is no internet. I also tried connecting via Ethernet cable but I can not access the internet either. When I log into the router I see there is no upstream channel and the DOCSIS is offline but everything else seems to be normal.
I went to a Vodafone shop and asked for help but the staff said they could not do anything. The problem is that I do not speak German so I can not talk to the customer service.
I would appreciate your help.
