Hello,
I apologize for writing in English, my German is not very good yet. Our DSL internet stopped working on 01.04.2019 around 15:00 (or before) in the afternoon. The modem / router seems to be working fine. It is up to date, DSL and Wi-Fi functional, but no Internet connection is possible.
We have not been able to get help in English on the Internet or on the phone. Would someone be able to help us or point us in the right direction?

Have you reset the router yet? If not, please disconnect it for a few minutes.
If the connection still doesn't work, please send me a PN with your customer number.
