Dear Vodafone Technical Service,
I moved to my new apartment, and requested the movement of my kable internet. Vodafone told ne that my internet would work in 24 hours, however it is not working. My modem connections are correct, I reseted my modem, but still no internet. Vodafone technician never came to my building to make my cable connections in the vodafone box in the basement. My new apartment is in a new building, and I am sure it is lacking the cable connections. I would like to request a technician asap, please. Thanks for help in advance.

have you tried all the cans in the apartment? At the neighbor in the house the connection is running. Otherwise the technician must be ordered. Can you guarantee the access to the house distribution system?

Yes I tried the all empty connection spots in my apartment, and there is no internet. I have no idea for my neighbors internet. Maybe technician came and made their cable connection before. I have keys to the hause distrubtion system (Vodafone box room). I can open the door for the technician. Can you give me a technician appointment now?

I waited at home but unfortunately noone came or called today. Can you please reschedule it for tomorrow (Friday 04.09.2020). Any time of the day is OK. I would appreciate the appointment confirmation. My phone number was sent to Wallece by PM. It is the same number in my Vodafone account.
