Hello,
First of all, sorry for writing in English, my German is unfortunately not good enough.
I've been a happy customer of Vodafone, but as more and more people are moving in to the newly built apartment building where I live, in the evening the speed is getting slower and slower. At the moment instead of 200mbit/s, I'm only getting 77mbits in the evening (http://www.speedtest.net/result/7682689306) (which is not bad at all, but the tendency is that the speed I'm getting is decreasing over time as new residents move in, and I'm pretty sure that the speed will get lower in the future).
Can you please take a look at the utilization of my segment?

In case the network utilization is too high: Is there any way to request a DOCSIS 3.1 capable router instead of the current one? The analog shutdown is going to happen on the 6th of November where I live, and an additional block of DOCSIS 3.1 frequencies are going to be available, which would probably make all the bandwith problems go away if I had a DOCSIS 3.1 capable device.

the lower bandwidth is not related to the new tenants in the house. There is a general load in your connection area. The colleagues are working on it, more capacities have to be created.

Thank you for your answer. Is there any timeframe when this problem will be fixed?
Also can you please answer my question about requesting a DOCSIS 3.1 capable device? The DOCSIS 3.1 frequencies enabled after the analog shutdown will provide more than 500mbit of shared bandwidth to the segment, but without a compatible device I cannot utilize it.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of November.
At your address there are currently no more than 200MBit/s possible. If the network is ready and 500 MBit/s are possible, then you can change the contract and get the appropriate router.
