Sorry for writing in English, my knowledge of German is not good enough yet.
My name is Masoud Abbaszadeh,I am a customer of Vodafone for almost a year, and frequently there are some issues regarding internet connection. Now, since nearly two days ago, it is not not working at all. Also, there were connection problems during the previous week, and the connection speed sometimes is lower than it is supposed to be. Since sometimes I have to work from home it causes a lot of inconveniences. I understand that there can be plenty of technical problems, but they occur too frequently in my opinions. Is it possible maybe to provide access to the Vodafone mobile services during these low connection periods or solve this issue any other way?
I am looking forward to solving this problem anyhow!
