Hello,
I am a new customer for Vodafone cable.
Yesterday I received the router and connected it. The Internet red line keeps flashing with no internet. I activated my account using the activation code but I still has no internet.
I tried to reset the router, unplug the power, change the plug and check the wall data plug.
I still have no internet.
Can you help me with this

Hey @Ahmad11,
yes, the invoice does not start until the day the modem went online. the 20 days in between are not charged 🙂 I will close this entry then
