Hi,
While trying to set up my new router (in a house where I just moved in) the red light of internet is blinking, so the installation cannot be completed. I can give you my adress and costumer number by private message.

I have the same issue.
I've checked my address before signing a contract and checking page said that there is "Easy installation" available so I've received my router as DHL package, set it up, did all steps listed in instruction but still got blinking red Internet LED and no working internet.
Router web interface says "DOCSIS Offline" and detailed status page says that there is no upstream channels and one unpowered downstream channel:
Channel ID, Channel Type, Frequency, Modulation, RxPower
0, ODFM, 0~0, none, none/60
I've tried to contact customer service but couldn't get through answering machine.
