Internet is out

My internet is out just like last year when I opened a ticket. I can connect to the router but the router cannot connect to the Internet.

Hey,

there was a reboot, yeah, looks like the connection in your house got maybe a problem. Other devices in your building got also a reboot. Did you turn off the amplifier, maybe someone else?

The internet has been broken for 4 of the last 6 days. You need to send a technician.
