Hey guys,
Our Internet is not working since Wednesday 8.00. Today is Monday, 14.00, - and till now - now one came and fixed the Internet. We keep being fed up with "oh, we have big incident - that is why we can not come" or "Vodafone cancelled your appointment - that is why technic did not come"
Could you please help to figure out what are the official authorities responsible for regulations of Internet Providers?
And where to get the template for the complain? Such a service should not exist in Germany.
And also, if we still have 1.5y (of 2) contract left - could we switch to another provider because of such service? And what that would cost us?
