Internet connection breaks off

Hallo Vodafone Team,

I'm using Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable with a WLAN-Kabelrouter (CH7466CE) from you since this Sepetember. 

Recently, I have often noticed that my internet connection breaks down for 30 seconds to 3 minutes. I notice it when I'm playing gamings in the evening, when I suddenly stopped in the game and offline soon. I tried to resarted the router or set to default, but it didn't help.

I have attached some screenshots of the Router » Cable Modem » Connection, not sure if they will help. Please take a look at my problem and help me with it, it's very bad experience.

How often does it happen to you? I'm having the same problem. My modem is losing the connection about every 20mins for 10 seconds up to 1 minute...

Almost the same unfortunately, it happens every 30 mins give or take, it's impossible to play any games with this intenet quality...

are you connected via WLAN or LAN? Does it depending on the time of day or is it permanent?

Thanks a lot for your help!!!

I connected via LAN, I'm working during the day so it happens in the night from Monday to Friday, but on weekends, it also happens during the day. It's very random, when it's really bad, happens every half an hour and last 30s-3mins, when it's better, it happens every serval hours and also last 30s-3mins. If you need more information, please let me know!
