Hallo, my internet modem has not been working since yesterday evening. I have turned it on and off again and nothing . The internet light is constantly blinking red. The devices can connect to the wlan but they cannot reach the internet. I cannot speak to anybody because I am not fluent in German. Please help! Thanks in advance.
