Internet Connection Activation Issue

Dear Vodafone,

My contract for the Kabel (TV and Internet) started 09.12.2019. Stil to this date, I have no internet connection. I got an activation confirmation for TV but not for internet. Can you please check if my internet connection is activated? I am getting a fast blinking red light from the router for Internet.
