Identification to activate CallYa SIM

Hello everybody,

Sorry to disturb you all but recently I got over a problem. I bought a Vodafone SIM CallYa and I am not from Germany but I moved here a couple of months ago. When I've done the registration for the SIM everything went smooth till I had to identify with POSTIDENT. When I showed my romanian ID to the girl from the voice call she said that they can't identify me because I am not in their date base, but I do have an adress here. So what am I suppose to do now? How can I activate my SIM? Any advice?

Hello @Ariana97, an activation of the CallYa card is only possible with a Romanian passport. Via the postal branch also via a temporary issued passport. If you have a passport, please go to a Vodafone shop or make another video call and show your ID in the camera to your colleague. Many greetings BiancaW

Thank you so much for your reply! Unfortunately, at the moment, I do not own a passport so it will be impossible for me to activate the CallYa card.
