Not used my CallYa SIM card for a long time and now it's not working

Hello,

I have not used my CallYa SIM card for a long time and now it's not working, the CallYa SIM is not detected. I am even unable to login to the app to order a new one. Could someone please help to activate the sim or fix this issue.

Hi @Gelöschter User,

it seems that we deactivated your card. That happens if the card is not used in a long time.

To check if we could reactivate your card, pls get again in contact with us via the following possibilities.
