Hi Vodafone team,
I have a contract with Vodafone for the internet at home, a new phone and a SIM card.
Vodafone sent me a router and enabled me to use internet, but disable it on 25.06.20. After signing the contract Vodafone disagreed to send me a SIM card and a new phone due to some issues with a credit score. So I bought a new phone myself.
Now I just want to create a new contract for the internet at home, but no one is able to help. And Vodafone is charging me crazy amounts for services I never agreed to.

why was your Internet & Phone contract via cable revoked? Did you get any information about this? Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message and then get back to me here in the thread.

I checked and your connection was activated because you didn't connect your cable router. In the meantime this one is now online. Does everything work for you now?
