I complained many many times already! 0,60mbps of upload! I can barely check my emails!

• Which modem / router do you use? Arris (I think is TG3442DE)
  
• Do you use a loaner device from us or do you have your own device ? Loan
• What is the error ? Very low speed download, and WAY slow upload!
  
• How is your terminal with the modem connected ? Tested via ethernet.
• Which browser do you usually use? Chrome
  
• Which operating system do you have on your computer? OSX
  
• Start and period of the disturbance  Since Mar/2020

Can I receive a reduction while the expansion is not ready?

I am receiving 10% of what I am actually paying for! Also I am having extra expenses, since I am using my 3G connection plan data, since my home internet is totally waste/useless.

We can certainly issue a credit for the duration of the impairment. This is then 50% of the monthly base fee.
