Vodafone has multiple numbers starting with 0800 *
After trying multiple times, I can not get through the the initial questions after calling the numbers. The automated response system does not understand me, then after some time it disconnets my call.
It is really hard to contact vodafone customer service for technical problems, it is easy to buy something from vodafone.
There is no official contact formular which can be filled and send.
Do you face the same problems? How do you deal with them?
