Horrible customer service

I've called 6 times already asking someone if they speak english or if they can transferme to someone that can speak english. and I got hang up 2 times, tranfer to the main menu machine 3 times and 2 of them acually start talking in german but told me that they have no college that speak english.

If your connection does not work, please tell us what kind of DSL connection you are using and what is the name of your modem?
