Homespot ausschalten: Ich habe mehrmals versucht, Homespot auszuschalten, aber nicht deaktiviert.

Ich bin durch den Kundendienst zu diesem Portal für Hilfe angewiesen.

I want to turn off the Homespot service on my Internet connection to enable the Bridge mode in my Vodafone Internet modem. For that, I requested to turn off the Homespot feature on 17th of October and the due date for disabling of Homespot was 23rd of October but, it didn't disabled on 23rd.. Now I requesting again and it's showing some due date (after 7 days) ,  but sometimes (refreshing the webpage multiple times ) the portal didn't show the status(due date) of my request, and it appears like I never requested for turn off.
