Hello,
Since yesterday, we are experiencing a very faulty internet connection at our home. The modem
displays a red light indicating that there is some problem in the Vodafone network.
In the current situation when we are working from home, internet is super critical for our job. We
request you to please help us resolve this issue as soon as possible. We would be happy to share
any other information required for this matter.
