Extremely Low Internet Speed

My cable internet is extremely slow, very often.

I have a 32 Mbps connection, and most of the times, I end up with even 1.3 - 4 Mbps!!!! See attached.

Only sometimes, after I restart the Router (CBN CH6640E) I end up with good speed.

I need a solution, either to check the line or a replacement Router??

Also, whenever the speed is so low, the telephone is also not working! see attached. ports are disconnected

Hi IliasP,

I see you're getting good scores on the tests in between. Is the connection only slow in the evening?

What are the modem values like? You can also read them in the router's user interface.

Please check the signal values once if everything is ok and once if the telephone connection has also failed.

Please post the results here as a screenshot.
