Is it possible to reach someone in Vodafone that speaks English? My internet has been out since last Thursday and I am unable to find a person that speaks English or will transfer me to one that does.
Troubleshooting steps taken thus far:
1. Restarted router (Easybox 804) - After restart, received FC811 and FC815 error codes.
2. All physical connections were tested - No issues discovered.
3. Reset the router.
I went through the "DSL Checklist" with no success. Now that I have reset the router, I can no longer get past the activation screen because it can't reach the network. Is the line physically disconnected somewhere? I am at a loss for troubleshooting on this end.

Hi jcullins21,
im sorry that your landline is not working properly.
Sadly there is no dedicated dsl hotline with english speaking agents.
Most agents should be able to handle a call though.
Those errorcodes imply a physical problem with the landline.
A technician needs to have a closer look.
