Red Internet Phone&Call Cable 100 NO INTERNET REGULARLY!!!!!!

I need assistence because my Internet is not available MOST of the week, especially from 21 in the evening on and during the weekend (actually the time I am at home). I need the connection to work. It is unacceptable to have such bad service (and telephone assistence ONLY in German). 

I want to switch to another offer ONLY if it is 100% sure it is working or I will change the provider.

I can look for the reason why the internet is so slow in the evening.
