Hi - my wife and I both work from home and each day, 2-3 times a day we experience an outage that lasts only 1-2 minutes. It is only for a short amount, but that interrupts our video calls which we have to have now that we are working from home.
Can you please let me know what can be done about this? I've reset the router settings and we always turn it off and back on again, but lately the outages are getting more frequent (and annoying).

I can add some more information.
We are located in Bamberg and have the 1000 download/50 upload package.

thanks for the PM. You asked wwhat was meant by house amplifier, this ist the mostly grey box and "Verstärker" where the signal comes into the house. Hope xou know what is meant.
The technician has be assigned and colleagues will call you to set an appointment. I also noticed that you speak english.
