DOCSIS Router Wifi is not working

Hi everyone! My German is not good and I have tried going to vodafone store for reporting this problem as well as calling the service number 0800 526 66 25 and saying 'Operator' but that didn't work either.

  1. I have a "GigaKombi - Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable" contract and the problem is that the wifi has been having trouble ever since I received the device. Sometimes it worked, other times the wifi light turned off and it is not even visible in the admin panel. Earlier resetting the router to 'factory default settings' worked so I did not report this but recently, it stopped working at all. My device is a cabel modem Vodafone DOCSIS and my customer number is ***Can someone please help out how do I change the modem because I think it is a hardware problem.  
  2. I just found an option in online Mein Vodafone that there is an option to check wifi for an additional cost, I did it, but I expect using WIFI will be a part of such a contract. Please guide if I am missing something here and what's the fastest way of solving this issue.

can you check, if the internet works with an ethernet connection?

Is that stable?

Hi  @Jens,

Can you please confirm if what HassanMussana mentioned about "wifi option" being available only with an extra charge?

I am on Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable programm and have the same router but the Wi-FI has been entirely disable and not appearing at all on the admin router page either.
