Cannot access certain URLs only from Vodafone

These URLs time out on Vodafone Kabel Deutschland:
https://console.aws.amazon.com

https://signin.aws.amazon.com

Same URLs are accessible via a VPN to Frankfurt or via an Aldi Talk simcard internet. Same URLs were accessible a few days ago. Please help.

DNS Problem, thats why it's working via VPN.

can you access the URLs now? If not, did you try using a different DNS?
