Hi People,
I am having a very big problem with Vodafone. I have internet connection from Vodafone but since almost an year I am having problems with vodafone internet and I got the router also changed in around Sept-October 2019 but I am still having problem with internet.
One more problem I am facing is, whenever I call everyone gives me a different information, first people try to solve the problem and then they inform me that in case Vodafone is not able to fix my problem then I can cancel the contract before the contract end date as well. But there are some people who say it is not possible and sometimes people are not friendly and say that they cannot talk to me as my German is bad and they cannot repeat things to me.
With all this problem I want to cancel the contract.
Finally I found someone who said yes, it is possible and I have to write to kontakt@vodafone.com but when I wrote there I got a response as I need to use the contact form and I do not get any way to write thus writing in this forum.
I have also tried twitter channel but no one responds to me there as well.
Please help, I want to get out of the vodafone contract.
Please help!! It is taking a lot of my energy and peace from my life.

According to the technician he replaced the antenna socket and the line was ok.
